Typing, preview, and outline happen live in the browser. Content enters local storage or a downloaded file only when you explicitly save or export it.

Editing, preview, and outline

Markdown source, live preview, word counts, and heading outline are processed by JavaScript on the current page and are not sent to MiluLand. The preview escapes raw HTML first and allows only http, https, mailto, and in-page anchor links; it is not an arbitrary HTML runtime. Undo and redo history in the current tab clears on refresh.

Optional local workspace

Only when you explicitly choose Save or Import are current form fields stored as a local workspace in this browser; you can export it as JSON, restore it from a local JSON file, or clear it at any time. The workspace does not sync across devices, and clearing browser data may permanently remove it.

Copying, downloads, and imports

Copy source or outline writes to the system clipboard only after a click; MarkView does not read the clipboard. Markdown, sanitized HTML, and workspace JSON are generated in local memory and handed to the browser for download. Import reads only the JSON file you choose and checks that it belongs to this tool. Downloaded or copied content is then controlled by your device and other apps.

Display preferences and ads

The site uses .miluland.com domain cookies to sync language, theme, high-contrast preference, and up to 16 favorite tool IDs across MiluLand sites, with a local compatibility copy on the current site. Favorites contain only tool IDs—never inputs, files, or results—and can be cleared from the MiluLand tool directory or browser settings.

This page uses Google AdSense Auto Ads. Third parties may process cookies and ordinary network information under their policies; MarkView does not intentionally provide drafts, workspaces, or exports to the ad system.
